The Chicago Bears are going into the 2020 season with four of their five starters on the offensive line from last season. Normally, this would be something to get excited about. However, the offensive line struggled so much in 2019, how could anyone be excited to see these guys back once again.
The experiment of James Daniels at center failed miserably. I was a proponent of it last season, but I also wanted them to switch back much sooner than Matt Nagy chose to do. It was clear early on that Daniels was not able to make calls at center.
