Finally, the 2019 NFL season is here! Fans of the Chicago Bears have waited with high anticipation all year long for this Thursday night matchup against the Green Bay Packers, only to be disappointed to witness a 10-3 defeat to the hated rival. The loss itself stings, however, seeing how the Bears loss is what hurts even more.
Defensively, Chicago picked up where they left off in 2018. Green Bay managed to only rush for 47 yards, and had a total of just 213 yards. The Bears didn’t force any turnovers, but did record five sacks, and forced five three-and-outs.
