The Bears filled two major needs at tight end and edge rusher by signing Jimmy Graham and Robert Quinn. Jimmy Graham isn’t an all-pro TE anymore, but he should be an upgrade from the crop of tight ends Chicago fielded in 2019. Robert Quinn signed a huge 5-year, $70 million dollar contract, with $30 million guaranteed. He replaces Leonard Floyd who was released and should be the ideal secondary pass rusher opposite of Khalil Mack.
The Bears had to choose between Danny Trevathan and Nick Kwiatkoski at inside linebacker and opted to keep the veteran LB Trevathan. Trevathan signed a 3-year deal worth up to $24 million to return to Chicago. Kwiatkoski got a 3-year deal with the Raiders. Did the Bears make the right choice?
