Willian admits snubbing Tottenham to fulfil his Chelsea 'dream' was the best moment of his life: 'I said I'm sorry but I have to go there, I don't care'

Willian has revealed that his dream of playing for Chelsea was behind his decision to snub a move to Tottenham in the summer of 2013.

The Brazilian was on the brink of signing for Spurs in a £30million deal from Anzhi Makhachkala after undergoing a medical and agreeing personal terms.

But after being approached by then Blues boss Jose Mourinho, Willian turned down the deal and instead moved to Stamford Bridge on a five-year contract.
