Wenger and Conte's first meeting may resemble past Arsenal-Chelsea clashes

Next week will mark two decades since Arsene Wenger first took charge of a Premier League match and none of his 19 rival managers in September 1996 are still coaching in England's top flight. Wenger, for all the criticism he has received especially in recent years, is unquestionably a great survivor.

Upon taking charge of Arsenal 20 years ago, Wenger had just one foreign counterpart: Ruud Gullit at Chelsea. 13 Stamford Bridge managers later, Wenger will come up against Antonio Conte for the first time on Saturday in a game that is set to offer an intriguing managerial battle between two very different styles.
