Sampdoria president Massimo Ferrero has told Chelsea and Napoli they will have to cough up more than £30million if they want to sign Luis Muriel.
The forward has found the net four times in 12 games this season and there is talk he could leave in January.
Chelsea are reportedly keen on the Colombian, as are Sampdoria's Serie A rivals Napoli.
Both now both clubs have been told Muriel is going nowhere - unless someone matches his £30.9m release clause.
"Aurelio [De Laurentiis, Napoli president] hasn't called me for Muriel because the player is not for sale," Ferrero told Radio Crc.
