Thierry Henry believes Timo Werner struggled at Chelsea because he didn't 'feel the love' at Stamford Bridge.

The German international called an end to his ill-fated spell in west London this summer, rejoining RB Leipzig for £25million.

After signing for Chelsea in 2020, Werner netted just 23 times in 89 appearances and was frequently criticised for his lack of end product.

Yet, since his return to the Bundesliga, the 26-year-old has rediscovered his goal-scoring touch, netting seven goals in 13 matches so far this season, including the opener in Leipzig's Champions League victory against Celtic on Tuesday.
