Chelsea striker Timo Werner has admitted to having endured his 'worst season' for 'many years' but insists he has never entertained the idea of leaving the club.
Werner, 25, joined from RB Leipzig for £53million last summer but has so far struggled to live up to his hefty price tag in a campaign marred by several glaring misses in front of goal.
But when questioned over his future by The Telegraph, Werner was quick to leap to his own defence and reveal that his sights are firmly set on improving in order to make supporters 'happier' with him.
