Three men have been charged over the burglary of Chelsea captain John Terry’s £5million Surrey home last month.

Police arrested three men in their 20s last week and the trio have since been charged with conspiracy to commit burglaries - including the one on Terry’s home. They will face trial next month.

Centre-back Terry, 36, had been on a ski holiday in the French Alps with his family, including wife Toni, 35, in a mid-season break handed to all Chelsea players by manager Antonio Conte, when the raid occurred.
