Tammy Abraham to 'push' for place in Chelsea first team as young English striker looks to follow meteoric rise of Marcus Rashford

Free-scoring Tammy Abraham will push for a place in Chelsea's first team when he returns from his loan spell at Bristol City - and is hoping to emulate the success of Marcus Rashford at Manchester United.

You only have to go back to January this year to find Abraham and Rashford on opposing sides as Chelsea thrashed United 5-1 in the FA Youth Cup at Altrincham' s Moss Lane ground.

And both have since made great strides, with Rashford exploding onto the scene under Louis van Gaal at Old Trafford and winning a place in the England squad for the European Championship.
