Simon Jordan has claimed that Chelsea are 'spending like drunken soldiers' after they continued their signing spree throughout the January window.
The Blues have spent nearly £500million in the space of six months under Todd Boehly's ownership, having completed 15 transfers in the summer and winter windows.
The west London side don't appear to be slowing up - as they close in on a record-breaking move for Enzo Fernandez - and it's led to a berating from the former Crystal Palace chairman.
