Romelu Lukaku's disappointing season hit a new low after the misfiring striker missed an open goal in Inter Milan's 1-0 defeat by Fiorentina.
Chelsea boss Graham Potter had hinted that the striker could recalled to the squad when his season-long loan ends at the Serie A club in the summer.
But the Blues boss may have second thoughts after Belgian striker, 29, drew another blank in Saturday's encounter in the San Siro.
Lukaku failed to tap in a cross from six yards out in the second-half.
And the miss proved costly as Giacomo Bonaventura headed home from close range to claim a memorable win for Fiorentina.
