Sam Kerr received a warning from a judge about pleading guilty to a charge of racial harassment of a police officer when the matter was first heard in court, it can be revealed.

Judge Judith Coello delivered some advice to the Matildas star when she first fronted Kingston Crown Court on March 4, where she pleaded not guilty to using insulting, threatening or abusive words that caused alarm or distress to a police officer during an incident in Twickenham, southwest London, on January 30 last year.
