Real Madrid are 'confident' of landing Monaco star Aurelien Tchouameni despite reported interest from Liverpool and Chelsea, according to reports in Spain.
The 22-year-old central midfielder is widely seen as one of the most talented young players in Europe after starring for Ligue 1 side Monaco in the last two seasons.
And according to Spanish outlet AS, Spanish giants Real have decided to pursue his signature.
They also claim the two clubs have made progress in negotiations over the last few weeks, although there is still work to be done on agreeing a fee.
