Real Madrid have reportedly accelerated talks over the signing of Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger.
It was confirmed by Thomas Tuchel on Sunday that the German international will leave the club at the end of his contract this summer.
Real Madrid are heavy favourites to land the 29-year-old, although other clubs including Barcelona and Manchester United have also been linked.
As reported by Marca, the two parties are close to agreeing terms having made contact over recent days.
It's said that Rudiger could sign a four-year contract and that the deal could be closed out this week - although it would not be confirmed until the end of the season.
