Police and transport officers have launched a significant joint operation as thousands of football fans descend on London for a series of high-profile matches on Saturday.
Leeds United, Cardiff City, Millwall, West Ham, Chelsea and Tottenham are all in action in the capital and there will be a ‘highly visible’ police presence at grounds, on trains and at stations.
Many of the clubs involved have long-standing rivalries and the Met Police and British Transport Police are aware of potential issues on what may be a challenging 24 hours.
With each match kicking off at 3pm, Leeds play Brentford while Chelsea entertain West Ham at Stamford Bridge with Fulham making the short trip to Spurs.
