Chelsea secured their place in the Champions League final after beating Real Madrid 2-0 in the second leg of their semi-final on Wednesday night.

The result at Stamford Bridge sees Thomas Tuchel's side progress 3-1 on aggregate - making the German the first manager to make back-to-back Champions League finals with different clubs.

As a result, Chelsea will now face Manchester City - who beat PSG 2-0 on Tuesday night.
