Chelsea look set to finish the season a man short, with winger Pedro refusing to sign a short-term extension to the end of 2019-20 after sealing a move to Roma.
Pedro has been surplus to requirements for Frank Lampard this season, relegated to a backup role under the Englishman with only nine top-flight appearances.
An exit this summer was inevitable and Roma have already snapped up the former Barcelona star, offering a two-year deal worth £56,000 a week, according to the Athletic.
