Newcastle are considering a fresh move for Everton forward Anthony Gordon as well as bidding for Flamengo teenager Matheus Franca.
As Chris Wood joins Nottingham Forest on loan with an obligation to buy for £15million, Newcastle have offered £13.5m to Flamengo for Brazil U20 international forward Franca, 18, and have revived interest in Gordon.
Everton need to sell to move forward in the market and also have had enquiries for Gordon from Tottenham and Chelsea.
