Nemanja Matic and Willian rope in their kids, Oleksandr Zinchenko gets his dogs involved and Novak Djokovic uses a frying pan as sports stars find novel ways of staying fit at home

Sports stars are refusing to let the coronavirus lockdown stop them from keeping fit with many coming up with unique 'stay at home' training methods.

Several Premier League stars have created their own workouts with all football suspended until at least April 30. Man City's Oleksandr Zinchenko completed a circuit with his two dogs, completing squats and lunges while holding both of them as makeshift weights.

Manchester United's Nemanja Matic and Chelsea's Willian got their children involved. The Red Devils' midfielder put his daughter on his back when doing press-ups and his son on his shoulders for squats while the Blues' winger had his two girls stood at opposite ends of his garden with him running back and forth to complete volleys.
