Mysterious man seen entering and walking out of Rio townhome while removing his gloves moments after NYC art gallery owner Brent Sikkema was brutally stabbed to death

Surveillance footage captured the moment a mysterious man entered and exited the Rio de Janeiro residence of Manhattan art gallery owner Brent Sikkema, who was found dead Monday night.

The video shows the individual walking into the townhouse on Saturday at 3:43am and leaving at 3:57am. He could be seen removing a pair of gloves and then crossing the street and driving away.

Rio de Janeiro Civil Police investigators believe Sikkema, 75, was robbed and then stabbed dead.

Police said his body had wounds that were caused by a screwdriver, box cutter or knife, but did not find any of the weapons at the two-story home, which is located in the Rio de Janeiro affluent neighborhood of Jardim Botânico.
