Christian Pulisic can be grateful football is played on land rather than out at sea as he proved just how difficult it is to do kick-ups on a boat.

The 22-year-old is making the most of his time off before he returns to London for a first pre-season under Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel.

Pulisic took to Instagram to share what he had been doing with his time, which seemingly involves a mixture of fishing and football.
