Juventus are reportedly in talks to sign Chelsea duo Jorginho and Emerson Palmieri with playmaker Miralem Pjanic offered as makeweight.
According to Tuttosport, Maurizio Sarri is keen to bring in players who understand his system and has made a swoop for two of his former Chelsea players.
The potential deal would see Pjanic go the other way after the Bosnian star fell out of favour under Sarri.

The Italian boss prefers a midfielder who is more functional to his fast-passing style and has earmarked Jorginho, who is valued around the £35million mark, as one of his main targets.
