Juventus sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli will travel to England in the coming days to negotiate a loan deal for with Chelsea for Romelu Lukaku.
According to Goal, Giuntoli has left Juventus pre-season tour of the United States early to begin talks with the Blues this weekend.
Lukaku, who joined Chelsea for £97.5m back in 2021, continues to train alone at their Cobham training base.
The Belgian forward had been left out of Mauricio Pochettino's 29-man squad for Chelsea's pre-season tour, which is also in the US.
Lukaku is determined to return to Italy, with the 30-year-old looking to become the focal point of Juventus attack.
