William Gallas has defended Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho against claims that his teams play negatively.
Gallas, who won two Premier League titles with Chelsea under Mourinho, said the Manchester United boss wants to see attractive football played in the same way Arsene Wenger does.
The former France international defender, who also spent four years working with Wenger after joining Arsenal in 2006, told SFR Sport: "The coaches I had at Chelsea and Arsenal are different, but they're coaches that love the ball.
"Perhaps when you see a Mourinho team playing you might get the impression that he's a coach who doesn't like to play football, but it's totally the opposite -- he loves that.
