Jose Mourinho takes ANOTHER dig at Dele Alli and says the playmaker hasn't been good since he's been Tottenham manager as he defends their woeful attacking display in Chelsea defeat

Jose Mourinho has hit out at Dele Alli with another jibe as the Tottenham boss tries to pick up the pieces after a third straight Premier League defeat.
