Ray Wilkins believes John Terry would be a huge success if he was to complete a move to Championship outfit Aston Villa this summer.
Terry has been offered a deal by Villans, which could earn him as much as £5million if they win promotion to the Premier League.
He has spoken with to a number of top-flight clubs after leaving Chelsea, but Villa have now leapt into pole position to sign him.
One of his former coaches at Chelsea - Ray Wilkins - told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast Terry could be the catalyst for Villa's return to the top-flight.
