PSG chief Luis Campos has hit out at Chelsea after their paperwork issues hampered a proposed loan move which would have seen Hakim Ziyech go to Paris.
The Moroccan midfielder looked all set to join the French champions until the end of the season, only for missed phonecalls and unsigned documents to delay proceedings until time ran out.
As Sportsmail reported in midweek, the French league rejected an appeal from PSG, and Ziyech was forced to return to London.
Paris Saint-Germain sporting advisor Campos told Telefoot that the situation was the fault of the Premier League side, with the Ligue1 leaders not to blame as Ziyech was at their headquarters in France and had undergone a medical.
