Sky Sports presenter Hayley McQueen claimed she went into 'autopilot' after accidentally saying that the late Johan Cruyff had paid tribute to Gianluca Vialli following his death from pancreatic cancer aged 58.
The football world has been paying respects to the Chelsea and Italy legend after his tragic passing on Friday and McQueen had been reading some of the messages from figures in sport - but was left red-faced after her gaffe live on TV.
She had tried to read from her autocue that the Johan Cruyff foundation had paid their respects to Vialli - but instead said it was from the former Barcelona icon himself, who has been dead for seven years.
