Romelu Lukaku is reportedly set to miss Inter Milan's crucial derby against AC Milan this weekend due to a thigh injury.
Inter confirmed on Monday the 29-year-old striker suffered a left thigh strain in training on Sunday morning, his first injury since returning to the club on loan from Chelsea.
Last season's Serie A runners-up confirmed the Belgium striker would be assessed next week, ruling him out of Wednesday night's game against Cremonese.

But according to a host of Italian outlets via Football Italia, including Gazzetta dello Sport, Tuttosport and Il Corriere dello Sport, Lukaku will also be out for Saturday's crucial derby at San Siro.
