Romelu Lukaku will remain out of action for Inter after further tests ruled him unable to return to the squad on Friday for training.
The Belgian forward suffered a muscular injury six weeks ago that continues to cause him issues, according to Italian outlet calciomercato.com.
Lukaku returned to the Giuseppe Meazza this summer on loan from Chelsea, after a torrid time in west London last season, but has failed to make an impact.

Despite scoring a goal and registering an assist in his first two games back in Italy, Lukaku has only played three games in the 2022-23 campaign so far.
