Thomas Tuchel says he expects to serve his touchline ban against Leicester tomorrow but believes Antonio Conte should face one too.
Tuchel was hit with the ban along with a £35,000 fine following his post-match touchline clash following Chelsea’s 2-2 draw with Tottenham boss Conte which resulted in both managers being banned.
Conte was only handed a £15,000 fine with Tuchel deemed the more responsible party in the flashpoint by an FA independent commission.
Chelsea had the ban temporarily suspended while they awaited the written reasons from the independent panel which were publicised on Wednesday and were, on Friday afternoon, awaiting confirmation of Tuchel’s fate having replied with a response of their own.
