Huddersfield Town transfer news: Chelsea defender Baba Rahman linked with Terriers switch

Newly-promoted Huddersfield Town are set to move for out-of-favour Chelsea defender Baba Rahman, according to reports.

Rahman, whose loan spell at German outfit Schalke last season was hampered by a knee injury he suffered at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations, has reportedly emerged as a top transfer target for the Terriers.

The Ghana international is not expected to be part of Antonio Conte's plans at Chelsea for the upcoming season and interest in him remains high.

Everton have been linked with Rahman but have yet to make a move, and David Wagner's side are now hoping to win the race to secure his signature.
