Harry Redknapp has backed Frank Lampard to bounce back strong and be all the better for his sacking by Chelsea.
Lampard was sacked earlier this week after just 18 months in charge at Stamford Bridge following a poor run of form and results that had left the Blues ninth in the Premier League.
But Redknapp believes his nephew will learn from the experience and return a better manager when he makes his comeback to the dugout.
He said, while appearing on 'Lorraine' on ITV on Thursday morning: 'Frank will come back, he’ll learn so much from his time at Chelsea and he will come back stronger and better for his experience, I have no doubt about it.
