Tammy Abraham has been watching old videos of himself as part of his bid to stay motivated during the coronavirus lockdown.
Like players up and down the country, Chelsea striker Abraham has had a little more time than usual on his hands since football was suspended in mid-March.
But he has tried to put it to good use and explained that re-watching his best bits online and analysing his game was one of the methods he has used to stay occupied.
In an interview alongside Three Lions teammate Joe Gomez about lockdown life as part of the #ApartButTogether campaign between England’s partners Head & Shoulders and mental health charity Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), Abraham said: ‘We just have to stay fit.
