Chelsea club legend and assistant manager Gianfranco Zola had the substitutes get down on their haunches for penalties against Tottenham on Thursday night.
He gestured for the players, who were eagerly anticipating the shootout on the touchline, to get out of the way so fans could see the action.
The classy touch from Zola was appreciated by supporters who witnessed the Blues win 4-2 on spot kicks to set up a Carabao Cup final against Manchester City.
