Fulham are set to pay Chelsea £4m under loan deal terms for Armando Broja that will be triggered unless the striker starts every remaining game this season

Fulham are set to trigger a £4million payment to Chelsea for striker Armando Broja under the terms of his January loan deal.

The Cottagers struck a deadline day loan deal for Broja to move across west London having originally been quoted £50million to sign him permanently.

Having also refused to pay a straight £5million loan fee, Fulham and Chelsea eventually agreed a deal structure dependent on the number of games he plays.

Mail Sport understands the specific terms of the deal are that Fulham would pay nothing if Broja played 60 percent or more of the matches, of which there were 16 at the time he joined.
