Frank Lampard takes aim at Mason Mount's critics AGAIN over accusations of favouritism, insisting the Chelsea star is an 'incredible talent' and claims team-mates could learn from his work ethic in training

Frank Lampard has hailed Mason Mount as an 'incredible talent' and says 'the critics are wrong' when it comes to the Chelsea midfielder.

Mount, 22, scored the Blues' winner against Fulham at the weekend, his second goal in two games following his strike in the 4-0 FA Cup victory over Morecambe.

Some supporters have criticised Chelsea boss Lampard in the past for showing favouritism towards the England international, who he also previously managed at Derby.

But Lampard insists the in-form Mount has never deserved any stick – and believes some of his other Blues players can learn from his attitude.
