Frank Lampard calls for end of season VAR summit to improve technology in the Premier League as Chelsea boss insists Harry Kane's equaliser for Tottenham against Sheffield United should have stood

Frank Lampard has called for a summit meeting at the end of the season to fine-tune and improve the VAR system in the Premier League.

Chelsea manager Lampard was reacting to the controversial VAR decision to deny Tottenham a goal at Sheffield United on Thursday.

Harry Kane's strike was ruled out because teammate Lucas Moura had been fouled in the build-up and unwittingly touched the ball with the back of an arm as he tumbled to the turf.
