And on Monday night, John Terry began to say goodbye to Chelsea FC in his penultimate game for the Premier League side.

The sports star, 36, was supported by his wife Toni Terry, 35, and daughter Summer Rose, 10, who both broke down in tears as they watched from the stands during his final game at Stamford Bridge.
