I'm surprised with teh line-up. I have heard that there is a sickness in the camp and there were one or two players struggling to win the game but he needs a win.
He needs a result, he needs a positive performance, he neeed sthe fans to start believeing in him and teh team.
I'm looking at the starting 11 and I'm not sure he is taking this seriously. If you look at Cardiff generally under previous managers as well in cup competitions, there has been a similar trend.
They've not really been interested in doing well in cup competitions and it looks like a similar thing again this afternoon.
