Chelsea's former academy footballer of the year Harvey Vale is signing permanently for Championship club Queens Park Rangers after the two West London clubs agreed the final terms of the deal on Thursday evening.
Vale, 21, is ready for the next challenge of his career and QPR have won a January race that included multiple sides in England and Europe.
Mail Sport understands Chelsea have waived a transfer fee in lieu of a handsome sell-on clause with bonus payments also built in based on appearances.
Vale will now undergo his medical, potentially on Friday, before the transfer is finalised.
