Everton forward Richarlison has been charged by the FA for throwing a flare into the crowd after scoring the winner in his side's vital 1-0 victory over Chelsea last month.
The Brazilian seemingly got caught up in the celebrations following his 46th-minute goal, which proved crucial in the Toffees avoiding the ignominy of relegation.
Richarlison sparked fury by hurling the lit missile, which had been thrown onto the pitch by the crowd, back into the stands at Goodison Park.
Pyrotechnics are banned from football stadiums in England.
