Former Chelsea doctor Eva Carneiro has revealed the true extent of her acrimonious departure from Stamford Bridge, opening up on the sickening death threats aimed in her direction following her public fallout with Jose Mourinho.
Dr Carneiro, Mourinho and Chelsea settled an out-of-court pay-off in June after she took her former employers to a tribunal for a constructive dismissal and sex discrimination claim.
Chelsea issued a humiliating apology to bring an end to the case at Croydon’s London South Employment Tribunal earlier this year after Dr Carneiro snubbed a £1.2million settlement offer from the Premier League giants.
