The 61-year-old was secretly filmed as part of an undercover operation.
He was recorded talking about how to "get around" international football rules.
But he added: "I've paid the consequences. Entrapment has won on this occasion and I have to accept that."
But what exactly did he mean by that?
What is entrapment?
To be clear - it's not just going undercover.
So it wouldn't be entrapment if a police officer or journalist secretly joined a gang to get evidence of someone committing a crime.
But if they persuaded or forced someone to do something illegal that they wouldn't otherwise have done, then it would count as entrapment.
