Former Chelsea and Barcelona star Eidur Gudjohnsen has expressed his desire to play for Chapecoense if needed in the wake of last month's tragic plane disaster.
Nineteen members of the Brazilian outfit died en route to Medellin, Colombia where Chape were due to play in the Copa Sudamericana final first leg against Atletico Nacional.
In total 71 people lost their lives when the British-made Avro RJ85 aircraft went down in Cerro Gordo, La Union in Colombia.
And in light of a tragically decimated squad, Gudjohnsen has publicly offered his services to the club.
