Diego Costa has endured a stellar start to the season and Chelsea legend Bobby Tambling believes he has what it takes to write his name in the club's record books.
Costa has netted five goals in his first six games for the Blues this term - taking his overall tally to 41 since his arrival in the summer of 2014.
Frank Lampard is Chelsea's all-time record goalscorer with 211 goals - a record that that Tambling (202 goals) held for 43 years before the former broke it in 2013.
And when asked if any of the current Chelsea squad could surpass Lampard's total, the 75-year-old believes that Costa is the most likely candidate to do so.
