Mauricio Pochettino has heaped praise on his young protege Dele Alli ahead of Tottenham Hotspur's crunch clash with Chelsea on Wednesday night.
After a sublime first season in the Premier League last term, the 20-year-old has once again proved to be one of the brightest starlets on the globe during the current campaign, having scored nine goals in 24 appearances in all competitions for Spurs.
And with Alli having netted five times in his last three League games, Pochettino has dubbed the midfielder, 'the most important emergence from English football in recent years.'
Speaking to AS about the former Milton Keynes Dons whizzkid, the Lilywhites manager said: 'He is a player with very aggressive offence, ruthless when going forward and with determination, which makes him extremely dangerous.
