Chelsea will show their support for Antonio Conte by appointing a new Italian coach personally selected by the manager.
Conte has become increasingly frustrated by the slow start to business in the transfer market.
Chelsea appear set to lose out to Manchester United in the race for Romelu Lukaku but are close to signing Antonio Rudiger and Tiemoue Bakayoko, who should both undergo medicals in the next few days.
Despite missing out on Lukaku the Stamford Bridge board will not abort the plan to sell Diego Costa, although they are demanding more than £60million for the want-away striker.
