Croatia avoided relegation from Nations League Group A3 despite losing 3-2 to Portugal in the final group game on Tuesday night.

Chelsea midfielder Mateo Kovacic scored a brace but it was Manchester City defender Ruben Dias who proved to be the matchwinner.

The centre back scored Portugal's first and third goals as they came from behind to secure victory.
